Cancellation policy :

• Free in case of cancellation up to 48 hours before 2 p.m. on the date of arrival.

• If cancelled less then 2 days before arrival or in case of early departure after check-in, 100 % of the total reservation will be charged.
  

• In case of no-show, the full reservation cost will be charged.

• Hot deal (all room types without breakfast): non-refundable, non-transferable, immediate payment is required.

Cancellation is only possible through info@hotelorchidee.be, subject to the above cancellation policy.
